Manish Kumar
President & CEO/Chief Technologist

Manish is the founder of Comnez Inc in United States and Softona Technologies in India. Manish is a bachelor of electrical & electronics engineering and possesses over ten years of technical experience in the industry. Prior to starting Comnez, he has worked with several multinational organizations both in India and in US. His passion is programming and he knows over seven different programming languages, but usually likes to work in Java/J2EE and related technologies. His technology experience comes from working on large enterprise applications developed in a global team environment for corporations such as HCL Technologies, ATG, Symantec/VERITAS Corporation and Cendant Marketing Group.

In the recent years Manish has proved to be very successful in global project management and building strong technical teams both in United States and India.

Manish's current responsibilities include forming strategies for business development, providing technical direction to the organization and building long term client relationships. He also heads the product development efforts and provides architectural direction for building robust business applications.

Rajeev Kumar Jain
Director Operations

Rajeev is a true entrepreneur. He has over thirty years of experience running profitable business ventures in multiple lines of businesses. He has businesses in Automobile, Finance, Export and Software industries. His diverse knowledge and experience in handling large operations has made him one of the greatest assets for the company.

Rajeev is responsible for maintaining and improving our global infrastructure and ensuring smooth operation of our various development centers in India.

His background is finance and he holds masters in commerce degree along with several years of successful track record.

Aparna Jain
Vice President HR

Aparna is the Vice President for Human Resources at Comnez. She joined the company in year 2007. She has been very successful in integrating the HR programs and policies for our global cost centers. Prior to joining Comnez she has worked in key executive positions in Customer Service and HR for various multinational organizations. She is a business graduate with specialization in human resource management from Delhi University in India.

She is responsible for managing benefits, classification and compensation, learning and development, employee relations and career services, payroll, records, recruitment and staffing, information management, and leadership development. She facilitates the communication between Comnez and Softona (our offshore company) for all the operational functions and is directly responsible for managing HR functions and policies in both the companies.

Prabhakaran Gunasekaran
Creative Director

Prabhakaran is an engineer with a creative mind. He holds bachelors in electrical & electronics engineering with about nine years of experience in the creative field. His experience includes creating and managing branding, structuring information for print, multimedia and web designing. He is very passionate about his design work and creates extraordinary solutions through his creativity. Prior to joining Comnez he was heavily involved with interaction, visual, graphic and multimedia designing projects for some very prestigious organizations. Prabhakaran used to work as a Senior Designer & Usability Analyst at iNautix Technologies before we found him.

He is responsible for maintaining our branding and providing creative direction to our design team. He also plays a key role in our product division by serving as a usability architect to enhance the user experience on our products.

Navraj Sharma
Senior Web Architect

Navraj has over nine years of experience as an Information Developer/Builder having professional capability of managing technology projects from concept to completion with remarkable deadline sensitivity. He is very proficient in designing, developing, and implementing various web applications for different types of networks and has strong analytical skills combined with tremendous experience in object oriented programming techniques.

Navraj is responsible for technical coordination, global project management and architecting high level and low level designs for various projects at Comnez. He has created some remarkable web applications using his extensive knowledge of design patterns and has provided several automated solutions to complex business processes.

He holds a bachelors degree in information technology from a reputable university in India.

Vinod Dubey
Technical Team Lead

Vinod holds a masters degree in computer applications from GGSIP University in New Delhi, India. He has several years of experience in web and system based application development. Prior to joining Comnez he held key engineering roles at companies such as HCL Technologies, Marksman Technologies and Convex Digital. He specializes in various programming and scripting languages such as PHP, Java and Visual Basic. He is also well versed with the latest web frontend technologies that include Web 2.0, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML and AJAX.

Vinod is responsible for providing technical direction to his team members and coordinating technical details of various software projects with our onsite team members. He has been very successful in promoting an open culture across his entire crew and delivering excellent results in a time efficient manner.

Tarang Sagar
Senior Open Source Developer

Tarang specializes in reverse engineering of open source systems. He has customized several open source applications to provide case specific implementations for our various clients. He is truly remarkable for producing well above the average lines of code per day. He also specializes in the popular LAMP/WAMP technologies that include PHP, MySQL, Java Script, AJAX, HTML, XHTML, CSS etc. Apart from his passion for open source he loves to code in C/C++ and is also very proficient with shell scripting on UNIX based systems.

Tarang likes to keep up with the fast changing technology industry and constantly learns new areas of different technologies. He is responsible for delivering high end business solutions using various popular open source applications and platforms.

Anshuman Dixit
Senior Developer/SEO Specialist

Anshuman is a mathematician with masters in computers application. He knows multiple programming languages but likes to spend most of his time working with Web 2.0 frontend technologies that include XHTML/CSS, Java Script & AJAX. He has created some very powerful front ends with rich user experience on various projects developed by Comnez. Along with being a knowledgeable developer, Anshuman specializes in search engine marketing techniques. He has extensive knowledge of the various search engine algorithms used by the popular Google, Yahoo and MSN. His guidance has helped achieve remarkable results on the different SEO projects at Comnez.

Anshuman is responsible for delivering enterprise class web applications with rich user experience. He is also responsible for ensuring the return on investment to our clients on website projects by utilizing his knowledge of search engine marketing.

Shiv Maurya
Member Technical Staff

Shiv is a member of our technical staff and is responsible for implementing various technology frameworks on the different projects. Prior to joining Comnez he was a web developer at NIIT. Shiv is a bachelor of information technology from IIMT Engineering college in India.

Abhishek Anand
Member Technical Staff

Abhishek has a master degree in computer applications. Like every other team member, programming is his passion. He knows multiple programming languages including C, C++, Java, FORTRAN and PHP. He is responsible for code implementation and database management on various projects.

Amit Kumar Raghav
Member Technical Staff

Amit is a master of computer applications from GGSIP University in New Delhi, India. He specializes in various programming, scripting and database technologies such as PHP, Java, JSP, VB, .Net, D2K, JavaScript, XML, AJAX, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle. He is also very proficient with implementing Web 2.0 standards using XHML and CSS.
