Reporting Frequency

  1. The VENDOR must send the project status report on a weekly basis to the CLIENT.
  2. AS per CLIENT direction, some project reports should be reported by the VENDOR more frequently depending on size and complexity.
  3. For projects running for a longer duration, the VENDOR must report on a bi-weekly or monthly time period.
  4. The VENDOR should solicit feedback from involved stakeholders about the relevancy of the information shared through the project report at regular intervals, to improve it further.
