Meeting Minutes

After every meeting/call, the VENDOR should uniformly distribute the discussed information evenly across all the involved stakeholders.

The VENDOR must confirm with his team that are well aware of the discussed project related information and that everyone are in the same page.

  1. The VENDOR must send the summary of meeting minutes through email.
  2. Email summaries should include a detailed summary of what was discussed in the meeting or call as well as lay out the next best course of action/solutions to a problem.
  3. The VENDOR must ensure that even a new member in team is well aware of the project related discussion by keeping even the new joinee in the communication loop.

The VENDOR must use this format for preparing the meeting minutes –
