1. The VENDOR must create a CLIENT approval system, allowing client representative of respective project to approve the time fed by the developer/programmers into the timesheet for project related activities, time off and cost sheet.
  2. The VENDOR approval system must be foolproof in terms of security of data – it must allow the client representative to access only the project timesheet specific to that CLIENT and not any other.
  3. The VENDOR must use a standard timesheet format such as a web based timesheet software solution for setting up a structured approval system.
