User Acceptance

  1. For user acceptance testing, the VENDOR must solicit an agreement from the USER/CLIENT on testing parameters (test cases, test passage criteria, the testing environment, and the testing process).
  2. The VENDOR must carry a post implementation user assessment after a period of 6 months to check if the system meets user requirements completely.
  3. In the post implementation assessment the VENDOR should solicit client feedback through a session.
  4. The final document involving CLIENT feedback and VENDOR’s reactions to user observations must be validated and changes based on feedback should be made by the VENDOR accordingly.
  5. The VENDOR must make recommendations for fixing issues for maintenance of the system and also recommend change in process of work for new projects from the CLIENT.
