Overview

Communication is an important aspect of CLIENT-VENDOR relationship. It ensures that both parties have the same understanding of the project activities throughout the engagement period. The VENDOR must truly and clearly be in sync with the business and technical goals of the CLIENT with respect to project deliverable. The VENDOR must enable following modes of communication so the CLIENT can interact with the project team members without any hinderance.
