Project Plans

  1. Once the CLIENT has approved a project with an acceptable budget and effort estimate, the VENDOR has to provide a project plan with list project objectives and requirements.
  2. In the project plan, the VENDOR must outline the project scope, any deviations, project overview, deliverable and project documentation, the obligations and responsibilities of the VENDOR’s team,
  3. The VENDOR must list down the project process control guidelines in the project plan.
  4. The VENDOR would track the project and record its progress and compare it with original estimates for analysis purpose.
  5. The project plan must have general acceptance and payment procedures, final acceptance and closure guidelines.
  6. The vendor can use any project management tool for tracking and managing project.
  7. In case of any specific direction by the CLIENT, the VENDOR must necessarily use that very project management tool as specified by the CLIENT.
